AI assist for Amazon - NetSuite integration app
This release of the Amazon - NetSuite integration app adds AI assist, a free add-on that uses Celigo AI to forecast inventory, flag FBA inventory exceptions, and investigate settlements that don't reconcile, without changing your inventory, listings, or financial records. Results appear on a new Celigo AI assist dashboard in NetSuite.
AI assist add-on
Use Celigo AI to see which SKUs will run out before an upcoming sales event, which FBA SKUs need attention now, and why an Amazon settlement doesn't reconcile, without reviewing each SKU or settlement line yourself. AI assist is advisory and read-only: it never writes inventory quantities to NetSuite or Amazon, never changes listings, and never writes to financial or settlement records. It runs on your existing Amazon and NetSuite connections and uses Celigo AI credits: one AI action for each flagged FBA SKU, one for each settlement investigated, and one for sales-event research per store, per marketplace, per day for FBA and one for MFN. To monitor usage, see Track your AI agent actions and credits usage.
Celigo AI assist adds an AI assist flow group with two flows for each store. It saves the results of both flows in NetSuite, where you review them on the Celigo AI assist dashboard.
- Forecast Amazon inventory and triage FBA exceptions: Forecasts when each FBA and merchant-fulfilled (MFN) SKU will run out, and calls out SKUs that an upcoming sales event, such as Prime Day or Black Friday, puts at risk or could help sell down. It also copies FBA fulfillable, unfulfillable, reserved, inbound, and total quantities to NetSuite item fields, and flags FBA inventory exceptions, such as stockouts and unfulfillable units, with a likely cause, severity, and recommended checks. Each exception also creates a NetSuite task. This flow is turned off by default. Turn it on, and then run it on a schedule or on demand with Run.
- Investigate Amazon settlement variances: Finds Amazon settlements that don't reconcile, diagnoses the root cause, explains each Amazon fee involved using Amazon's documentation, and lists the steps to fix the settlement, in order. It flags causes that occurred in an earlier settlement as recurring. This flow is turned off by default. Turn it on, and then run it on a schedule or on demand with Run.
AI assist settings
A new AI assist section on the integration app Settings tab (Settings > AI assist) lets you configure both flows:
Inventory forecast:
- Scenario range for forecast (%): How much slower and faster than expected the forecast's best and worst cases assume a SKU sells. Default: 10.
- Fulfillable quantity threshold (units): SKUs whose FBA fulfillable quantity is at or below this value are flagged as exceptions. Default: 0, which flags only stockouts.
- NetSuite item field ID for Amazon SKU: The NetSuite item field that stores the Amazon SKU. Default: itemid.
Settlement variance investigation:
- Ignore reconciliation variances at or below (amount): The variance tolerance in the settlement currency. Default: 0, which investigates every non-zero variance.
- Investigate settlements that ended in the last (days): A lookback period from 0 to 90 days. Default: 0, which investigates every flagged settlement.
Celigo AI assist dashboard in NetSuite
A new Celigo AI assist - Amazon dashboard in NetSuite gives your inventory and finance teams one place to review AI assist results. It has two views:
- Inventory forecast: Event risk by SKU, with a stock forecast chart and the upcoming sales events the AI agent found; forecast runs; FBA inventory exceptions with the AI explanation and recommended checks; replenishment snapshots; and triage runs.
- Settlements: Settlement investigations with the root cause, AI explanation, Amazon fee explanations, resolution sequence, impacted transactions, and links to where to fix each problem in the integration app.
You can filter the dashboard by store and time window. AI assist also adds NetSuite records for inventory exceptions, replenishment snapshots and forecasts, triage and forecast runs, and settlement investigations.
For setup steps and a full description of the dashboard, see Use Celigo AI assist for Amazon - NetSuite inventory and settlements.
