Sync all customers

A new Sync all customers option has been added to the Settings > Order section > Customer tab. Check this box to have the BigCommerce Customer to NetSuite Customer Add/Update flow sync all BigCommerce customers to NetSuite. This flow also syncs customer sub-resources such as attributes, form fields, and store credits.

Best practice: If you are not updating customer addresses, you should keep Sync all customers unchecked to avoid performance-related errors.

Sync custom refunds from NetSuite to BigCommerce

You can sync custom refunds from NetSuite to BigCommerce by customizing your NetSuite account and configuring a few mappings in the NetSuite Refund to BigCommerce Refund Add flow. 

Note: After you configure your NetSuite account and integration app with the customizations, you can sync custom refunds and line item refunds.

What’s fixed

While syncing refunds from NetSuite to BigCommerce, in the How would you like to bring sales tax into NetSuite? setting (Settings > Order section > Tax tab), if you select Add total tax against a single line item on order and the shipping cost is applicable, the NetSuite Refund to BigCommerce Refund Add flow syncs the line items without any errors.
