Sync NetSuite item updates to Walmart products

Included in the July ’22 release The NetSuite items to Walmart products (update) flow is added to the Flows > Product section. The flow syncs updated NetSuite items to Walmart products. When you run the NetSuite items to Walmart products (add) flow, this flow is auto-triggered if there are any updated NetSuite items. Update your Walmart - NetSuite integration account name in the integration app

A new Walmart account name setting is added to the Settings > General section > General sub-tab. The setting represents the name of the Walmart account connected via this integration. Initially, you will find the name that is provided during the integration app installation. The integration app assigns a default value at first (for example WLMT-US-1) and it's recommended you update it to reflect the appropriate account name (max 20 chars). Modifying the account name also updates the corresponding labels on the NetSuite saved searches.

Note: To add a Walmart account, contact Celigo Support to update the Walmart - NetSuite integration app to v1.13.0. Otherwise, an error message “You can't add a Walmart account, as you're using an older version of the integration app. To resolve the error, contact Celigo Support to update the latest version of the Walmart - NetSuite integration app.”

Product category template deprecated with the latest Walmart changes

As per Walmart's latest changes, from 31 March 2022, the “Baby_clothing” sub-category of the Baby product category and “Weapons” sub-categories are deprecated. Use the clothing or footwear sub-category to sync products or their fields specific to the “Baby_clothing” subcategory. 

Walmart item spec updated from v3.2 to v4.4

As per Walmart's latest changes, to set up and maintain Walmart items, the item spec is updated from v3.2 to v4.4. The item spec v3.2 will be deprecated effective from October 1, 2022. The integration app is enhanced to support the latest item spec changes. Before you run the NetSuite Item to Walmart Product Add flow, ensure

• If you have mapped any of the below fields in the NetSuite Item to Walmart Product Add flow, update the mapping as their valid values are updated.
