Set up a connection to Narvar

Narvar is one of the top return management apps. It helps retailers inspire long-term customer loyalty at all steps of the post-purchase journey.

Set up a connection

After you start the connection, configure it in the Create connection panel and complete all of the required * authentication settings: 

Setting Instructions
Name your connection * Enter a clear and distinguishable name. Throughout integrator.io imports and exports, you will have the option to choose this new connection. A unique identifier will prove helpful later when selecting it from a list of the connections in your account.
API type * Choose the API type, either Narvar or Narvar RMA depending on the Narvar API type you're connecting to. The settings then become specific to the selected API type.

Setting Instructions
Username * Enter your Narvar account ID.
Fetch data How to retrieve the account ID
Password * Enter your Narvar auth token.
Multiple layers of protection, including AES 256 encryption, are in place to keep your authentication password safe. When editing this connection, you must re-enter this value each time; it is stored only when the connection is saved and never displayed as text.

  1. Sign in to your Narvar account.
  2. Navigate to Admin > Company > API credentials.
  3. Copy Account ID.
  4. Copy Auth token.

API type: Narvar RMA

Setting Instructions
Username * Enter your Narvar RMA username.

Password * Enter your Narvar RMA password.

X-Narvar-Shop-Domain * Enter the unique portion of your Shopify store’s URL. For example, if your Shopify store URL is https://demo-store.myshopify.com, then enter demo-store.

How to retrieve the username and password

  1. Sign in to your Shopify account.
  2. Navigate to Apps > Narvar returns and exchange > Settings > Advanced > RMA post credentials.
  3. Copy Username.
  4. Copy Password.
