Configure and run the flows in eBay – QuickBooks quickstart integration template

After you install the template, additional record mapping is required to integrate the template’s exports and imports with your eBay and QuickBooks apps.

Note that your flow is disabled when first installed. After configuring the flow, you can enable them in your Flow dashboard or in the Flow builder with the Off/On toggle button. Then run or schedule the flow. 

eBay orders to QuickBooks sales receipts

This flow syncs eBay orders as QuickBooks sales receipts. When orders are created in eBay, this integration flow exports orders from eBay to QuickBooks sales receipts.

Flow details

• Export source: eBay
• Built-in export: Get eBay orders - Get all orders from eBay that have been created since this flow last ran.
• Import destination: QuickBooks
• Built-in import: Import QuickBooks customers (create) - add/ignore customers into QuickBooks with PrimaryEmailAddr as the lookup identifier.
• Built-in import: Import QuickBooks customers (update) - update customers into QuickBooks.
• Built-in lookup: Get QuickBooks Item by SKU - Get Items from QuickBooks by SKU.
• Built-in import: Import QuickBooks sales receipts - add/ignore sales receipts into QuickBooks with DocNumber as the lookup identifier.

Before you begin

1. The eBay item SKU and QuickBooks item SKU should be the same.
2. The eBay payment method name and the QuickBooks payment method name should be the same.

1. Configure the following dynamic according to your business requirements in Import QuickBooks sales receipts, before running the flow.
