Sync BigCommerce order status as "cancelled"

This flow exports the canceled order from NetSuite into BigCommerce. Once an order is marked as canceled or closed in NetSuite and you run this flow, the status of the same orders in BigCommerce is updated as canceled by the Integration App.

Run the cancellation data flow from Integrator.io. Click the 'run' button against the flow.

The status of the flow is visible on the dashboard. Green indicates flow is successfully completed. Red indicates errors. The combination of red and green indicates some partial success and partial failure.

The record is canceled in BigCommerce instantly.

Settings

• NetSuite Saved Search for syncing canceled orders: The drop-down list displays the saved search pertaining to cancellations that are created in NetSuite. Select the desired saved search from the list. Click Refresh to fetch the orders that have not been canceled from NetSuite to BigCommerce.

Note:

• This flow does not support partial order cancellations.
• This flow is only supported with the premium (previously "enterprise") edition of the Integration App.
