Vendor Payment Manager is available in the integrator.io marketplace. Access Vendor Payment Manager using your registered integrator.io account.
Before you install the integration app
- Perform the steps mentioned in the prerequisites article.

Install the integrator.io and Vendor Payment Manager bundles in NetSuite.
- Install the integrator.io bundle in NetSuite
- Install the Vendor Payment Manager bundle in NetSuite
Install the integrator.io bundle in NetSuite
To install the integrator.io bundle in NetSuite:
- Log in to your NetSuite account.

Go to Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles.
- On the "Search & Install Bundles" page, in the Keywords field, enter Celigo integrator.io (bundle name) or 20038 (bundle ID).
- Click Search.
- Click Celigo.integrator.io.
- On the "Bundle Details" page, click Install.
- On the permission window, read through and click OK.
Your bundle will now be installed and you can find the same on the Search & Installed Bundles page (Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles > List).
Install the Vendor Payment Manager bundle in NetSuite
- In NetSuite, go to Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles.
- On the "Search & Install Bundles" page, in the Keywords field, enter Celigo Vendor Payment Manager (bundle name) or 170341 (bundle ID).
- Click Search.
- Click Celigo Vendor Payment Manager.

On the "Bundle Details" page, click Install.
- On the permission window, read through and click OK.
Your bundle will now be installed and you can find the same on the Search & Installed Bundles page (Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles > List).
Configure your NetSuite account
Enable Token-Based authentication in your NetSuite account
- Log in to your NetSuite account as an Administrator.
- Go to Setup > Company > Enable Features.
- On the "Enable Features" page, click SuiteCloud.
- In the Manage Authentication section, check the TOKEN-BASED AUTHENTICATION checkbox.
- Click Save.
Create a custom role in NetSuite
- In NetSuite, go to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.
- On the "Manage Roles" page, next to the "Celigo eTail SmartConnectors" role, click Customize.
- On the "Role" page, in the Name field, enter a different name to clone the role.
- In the "Permissions" tab, configure the permissions as per your business needs as needed.
- Click Save.
Select NetSuite user and assign a role
Select the NetSuite user account that will be used to connect your Vendor Payment Manager integration.
- In NetSuite, go to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Users.
- On the "Manage Users" page, click on the appropriate user to connect your Vendor Payment Manager integration app.
- On the selected Employee page, click Edit.
- Go to Access tab > Roles sub-tab.
- Select the role that was created in the "Create a custom role in NetSuite" step.
- Click Save.
Generate NetSuite Access Tokens

In NetSuite, go to Setup > Users/Roles > Access Tokens > New.
- In the APPLICATION NAME drop-down box, select eTail Connectors (Token-Based Auth).
- In the USER drop-down list box, select the user name that you have edited in the previous step.
- In the ROLE drop-down list box, select the role that was assigned to the user.
- The TOKEN NAME populates automatically. Modify the name as needed.
- Click Save.
- Token ID & Token Secret will be displayed. Save the tokens in a place where you can copy them into your Celigo connection as described in the next section.
Install the integration app
Prerequisite: Be sure that you have a valid subscription license to install the integration app.
- Log in to your integrator.io account.
- In the left pane, click Marketplace.

On the Marketplace page, click Banking.

Click Install.
NOTE: If you see Contact Sales, instead of Install, contact your Account Executive to check the status of your integration app license. - On the "My Integrations" page, you can now see the Vendor Payment Manager app. On the tile, click Continue setup.
On the Install integration: Vendor Payment Manager - NetSuite page, continue the following:
Step 1: Configure the NetSuite connection
Next to the NetSuite connection step, click Configure. To configure a NetSuite connection, see Set up a connection to NetSuite.
Step 2: Configure Bank connection

Provide the bank Server Credentials. Select Click to Configure and complete the form.
- Name: Name your connection so that you can easily reference it from other parts of the application. For example: 'NetSuite - your@email.com'
- Connection Type: This field lists all the application and technology adaptors supported by integrator.io. This field is already configured at the time of setup and cannot be changed.
- Host: The URI of the FTP/SFTP server host. Typically this value will look something like 'ftp.mycompany.com', or sometimes just a raw IP address '50.111.123.88'. It is also very common for FTP/SFTP servers to be behind a firewall, and to support accessing resources behind a firewall you will need to make sure all of the FTP/SFTP specific integrator.io IP addresses (listed right below the HOST field) have been white-listed on your FTP/SFTP server infrastructure.
- Username: The username that you would like to use to connect with the FTP/SFTP server.
- Password: The password associated with the username that you are using to connect with the FTP/SFTP server. Please note that there are multiple layers of protection in place (including AES 256 encryption) to keep your password safe.

Click Test connection. Once you have configured the Bank connection, you have a few options for continuing:

Save – click this button to test the connection, and commit the new connection so that it will be available to all integrations for your account
- Save & close – click to test and save the connection and exit the Create connection pane
- Cancel – Click to exit without saving any new changes
- Test connection – click this button to verify that your new connection is free of errors.

Step 3: Install the integrator bundle
As you have already installed the integrator.io bundle, click Install. You’ll be navigated to the NetSuite account page.
- Log in to NetSuite using your NetSuite credentials.

Click Verify Now link.
You’ll be redirected back to the Install integration: Vendor Payment Manager page.
Step 4: Install Celigo Vendor Payment Manager
As you have already installed the Celigo Vendor Payment Manager bundle, click Install.
After step 4, on successful installation, you will be navigated to your integration app > Flows page.
Note: After you install the integration app successfully, by default, all the integration flows are disabled.
