What’s enhanced
Updated Shopify iClient scopes to support fulfillment orders
The Shopify iClient scopes are required for the integration app to support fulfillment orders. These scopes are updated with the following changes:
- Write_third_party_fulfillment_orders
- Manage fulfillment orders assigned to a location managed by any fulfillment service
- read_third_party_fulfillment_orders
- View fulfillment orders assigned to a location managed by any fulfillment service
- write_assigned_fulfillment_orders
- Manage fulfillment orders
- read_assigned_fulfillment_orders
- View fulfillment orders
- write_merchant_managed_fulfillment_orders
- Manage fulfillment orders assigned to merchant-managed locations
- Already in the iClient
- read_merchant_managed_fulfillment_orders
- View fulfillment orders assigned to merchant-managed locations
- Already in the iClient
- If you already installed the integration app, to ensure that the fulfillment flow works as expected, you must save and re-authorize your existing connection to update these scopes, or the connection displays an error.
- These scopes are automatically selected for new installations of all editions of the integration app.
What's fixed
Process partial refunds for sales order items with bin numbers without any errors
When refunding partial payments, if the sales order has only items with bin numbers or the combination of other items and items with bin numbers, the refunds were not processed, and displayed an error message “Failed to save the record. Please commit the inventory detail on this line”. This issue is now resolved. Similarly, there are other use cases with the cash sale, the end-to-end development is in progress and will be communicated in future releases.
Customer refund issue on negative order edits
In case of negative order edits, customer refunds for a sales order with customer deposits were not getting synced to NetSuite. This issue is now resolved.
Unable to sync pending status Shopify orders via batch order flow
The integration app displays an error when syncing Shopify pending status orders to NetSuite via batch order flow, due to the recent Shopify changes (bug fix) on payment_gateway_names. This issue is now resolved. The Shopify Payment Gateway Ids setting is optional now, by selecting the Sync pending payment orders to NetSuite checkbox, all the pending payment orders would get synced from Shopify to NetSuite.
