Important: The datasheet describes the technical features of the Celigo platform, integrator.io, including the web protocols and API standards it uses to sync data between systems. It is intended for potential customers and partners looking for the full scope and compliance of integrator.io.
Wherever possible, current product limitations are clarified. The lists are not exhaustive; Celigo has implemented thousands of integrations, running many more use cases. Contact us to determine if a custom solution is possible.
This overview is specific to the Celigo iPaaS platform and is not intended to describe the functionality or capabilities of any Integration App published by Celigo or a third-party partner.

It is an infinitely scalable cloud-native platform with enterprise-grade data security and governance that supports multiple types of integration including applications, data, and B2B.

Customers can check for or report system outages at any time.
The data center you can choose to connect to during your account creation:
- U.S. data center – AWS East, Virginia
- EU data center – Hamburg, Germany
The Celigo platform is tested on the most recent version of the following desktop browsers with each release. (Refer to the release date to determine the then-current version of each browser.) Do not connect to the platform on any browser not listed below.
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox – including Extended Support Release (ESR)
- Microsoft Edge – Branch for Business
The NetSuite Assistant (visual import mapping tool) is not compatible with the default settings in Google Chrome due to a cross-site cookies restriction introduced in v91. To restore NetSuite Assistant, see Enable NetSuite Assistant in Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome v91 and later.
IPs for whitelisting
Celigo publishes the IP addresses of servers for various contexts, which you can use to whitelist the addresses within your firewall or for your API’s security requirements:
- iPaaS – integrator.io
- iPaaS – eu.integrator.io
- FTP, SFTP, or FTPS – integrator.io
- FTP, SFTP, or FTPS – eu.integrator.io
- On-premise agent – outbound, U.S., and the EU
