Sync inventory from NetSuite to Magento 2

The NetSuite Inventory to Magento Inventory Add/Update data flow exports item inventory levels from NetSuite to Magento 2. By default, “Quantity Available” on the item record in NetSuite is synced with the corresponding product in Magento 2. 

NetSuite & Magento 2 items and products are matched via SKU, Internal Id. The flow supports Inventory (Matrix & Non-Matrix), Assembly (Matrix & Non-Matrix) items. The flow also supports single/multi-location inventory management. In the case of multi-location, the quantity available at each location is summed up and sent to Magento 2. Advanced Settings section provides options to customize the data flow.

Update inventory in NetSuite.

Run the data flow from the Inventory section. Click 'Play'. 

The dashboard is displayed and provides the status of the data flows.

The inventory (item data) is updated in Magento 2.

Advanced Settings

Advanced Settings enable you to customize the data flow.

• NetSuite Saved Search for syncing inventory levels: Select from the list. Refresh (click curled arrows) to fetch the latest records from NetSuite.
• Always sync inventory levels for entire catalog: Enabling this setting allows you to sync the inventory levels for all the NetSuite items (linked to your Magento store) on each run of the inventory export data flow.
• NetSuite locations to pick inventory from: Lets you choose the inventory location(s) in NetSuite from which the inventory quantities should be read & exported to Magento.
