Note: We’ve renamed our SmartConnectors to Integration Apps.
This data flow syncs Zendesk users and NetSuite customers of type: individual.
The flow is depicted with the following screens:
Zendesk user not associated with any organization.
In the integrator.io, go to User Sync > Advanced Settings.
Select the checkbox: Show data flows for NetSuite Customer (Individual). Next Save the settings.
Now, refresh the page and you can find the new set of dataflows for customers (of type individual).
In the section, NetSuite Customer [Individual] - Zendesk User, enable the flow 'Zendesk User to NetSuite Customer Add' by clicking on the switch as shown.
In the confirmation message, select Yes.
The switch turns green and the run feature (play button) is enabled.
Run the flow (click the Play button) and observe the status of the flow in the dashboard (located at the right corner of the settings page)
Flow in queue, turns to 'in progress' before showing 'complete'.
Flow completes successfully and four records are imported.
The record is imported to NetSuite successfully (as customer of type individual).
The Zendesk internal ID is visible in the NetSuite record (see it in the Custom section).
Similarly all Zendesk users are imported into NetSuite.
