Upgrade Shopify-Netsuite integration app

This article helps you upgrade and update your Shopify - NetSuite integration app edition and version.

Upgrade Shopify - NetSuite integration app edition

The standard (previously "premium") edition of the integration app includes the below are additional data flows:

  • Export Products, Variations from NetSuite to Shopify
  • Export Billing Information from NetSuite to Shopify

The premium (previously "enterprise") edition of the integration app includes the below additional data flows:

  • Export Order Cancellations from NetSuite to Shopify
  • Export Refunds from NetSuite to Shopify

To upgrade from the starter (previously "standard") to the standard (previously "premium") or premium (previously "enterprise") edition of the integration app, follow the steps below:

Prerequisite: Only account owners, admins, and users with managing access permissions can request upgrades.

  1. Sign in to your integrator.io account.
  2. Navigate to your Shopify - NetSuite integration app tile.
  3. Go to Admin > Subscription.
  4. Click the Request upgrade button. You can either click Submit request or Cancel to confirm the request.
    • The Submit request button sends an email to the Contact email you used when installing your integration app. You’ll receive a message stating that someone will contact you soon about your request.
    • The Request upgrade button is disabled after you submit your request.

You’ll receive a confirmation message after the upgrade is complete.

Update Shopify - NetSuite integration app version

To update your Shopify - NetSuite integration app to the latest version, create a support ticket requesting an update of your integration app including the Integration ID and version details. For more information on how to create a support ticket, refer Submit a support ticket.

To find the Integration ID:

  1. Sign in to your integrator.io account.
  2. Navigate to your Shopify - NetSuite integration app tile.

  3. Go to Admin > Subscription.
  4. In the Subscription details, you can find the Integration ID and version details.

You will be informed once the update is completed.

Update the integrator.io bundle in NetSuite

  1. Log in to your NetSuite account.
  2. Go to Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles > List. 
  3. On the "Search & Install Bundles" page, in the Keywords field, enter Celigo integrator.io (bundle name) or 20038 (bundle ID).
  4. Click Celigo integrator.io (bundle name) or 20038 (bundle ID).
  5. On the "Bundle Details" page, click Upgrade.

Update the Shopify bundle in NetSuite

  1. Log in to your NetSuite account.
  2. Go to Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles > List.
  3. On the "Search & Install Bundles" page, in the Keywords field, enter Celigo Shopify Connector [IO] (bundle name) or 81289 (bundle ID).
  4. Click Celigo Shopify Connector [IO] (bundle name) or 81289 (bundle ID).
  5. On the "Bundle Details" page, click Upgrade.
