Upgrade from Starter to Standard Edition of Zendesk Support - NetSuite Integration App

Note: Customers onboarded from 2026 onward are provisioned on the highest tier, while edition-specific information is retained for legacy customers.

Subscription section: In the Subscription section, click 'Request Upgrade

Request is sent to the Celigo Integrator service.

After request is processed, the 'Upgrade' button is displayed.

Click the Upgrade button to upgrade from Starter to Standard edition. The 'Ticket Sync' flow is now added to the data flows.
