Amazon - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central template overview

Note

Amazon has announced that effective from 1 January 2024, Amazon MWS API will no longer be available for third-party applications authorized by selling partners. The Celigo product team has migrated all the existing Amazon integrations for you, by updating your integration to use the Selling Partner API (SP-API) connection. To learn more about Amazon SP-API, see the Amazon documentation about developing for Amazon Selling Partners.

Supported integration flows

The Celigo quickstart bundle contains workflows that you can easily configure and deploy without coding or IT support. The following built-in flows sync from the specified source data to the corresponding destination.

  • Amazon orders (MFN) to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central sales orders (add or ignore): Syncs new MFN orders from Amazon as sales orders to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. If an order exists in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, the flow ignores it. The flow looks for the customer by email address and syncs it to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. It then syncs the address and order line items to sales orders. This flow also syncs sales order cancellations. Finally, it looks for the order total details and syncs variance amounts to sales orders. This is a scheduled-delta flow.

  • Amazon orders (FBA) to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central sales invoices (add or ignore): Syncs new FBA orders from Amazon as sales invoices to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. If an order exists in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, the flow ignores it. The flow looks for the customer by email address and syncs it to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The flow also syncs the sales invoices and their line items. Finally, it looks for the sales invoice total amounts and syncs the variance amounts to sales invoices. This is a scheduled-delta flow.

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central posted sales shipment to Amazon fulfillment (add): Syncs posted sales shipment from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to Amazon. This is a once-exported scheduled flow. The flow also syncs partial fulfillment.

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central inventory to Amazon inventory (add or update): Syncs the inventory from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and adjusts the inventory levels in Amazon. This is a scheduled flow that syncs inventory only for the selected locations in the Select Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central locations to pick inventory from setting.
