If your bank’s Lockbox file includes a non-customer payment by mistake, and applies the payment to the Celigo Dummy customer, you may have reason to delete the transaction and payment. To delete a transaction:

Edit and delete the payment first.

Do NOT click on the Remove button on the far right column of the transactions list. This does not delete the payment, it only un-links it from the Transaction record.

Mark the transaction as inactive. Do not delete the transaction.
