How to Import an Amazon Order with a International Shipping Address

Problem: When an order with an international shipping address is imported from Amazon via the Integration App, a US tax form is assigned instead of the corresponding country. 

Solution: The integrator.io bundle should be updated. There are two mappings that must be added.
