If you are unable to import historical orders due to the "Please enter Values for First and last name" error, perform a few additional steps:
Step 1: Before you run the order flow
- In the Integration App, go to Order > Advanced Settings > General tab.
- In the “Duration in Days” setting, enter “1.”
- Click “Save”.
- Click “Run Now” to manually run the order import flow.
Note: The above steps will help you import the historical orders from the previous day. The duplicate records will be ignored in NetSuite.
Step 2: After you run the order flow
After you successfully run the order flow, revert the value in the “Duration in Days”s setting to “Null”.
