Install Amazon MCF - NetSuite Integration App

Amazon MCF - NetSuite Integration App helps online retailers combine the powerful Amazon Online Marketplace platform with the proven back-office features of NetSuite and keep the orders, customers, fulfillments, pricing & inventory levels in sync.

Before you install the integration app

Before you begin with the installation of the Amazon MCF - NetSuite Integration App, perform the steps mentioned below.

  1. Accomplish the steps mentioned in the Prerequisites article.
  2. Install the integrator.io and Amazon bundles in NetSuite.
    1. Install integrator.io bundle in NetSuite.
    2. Install Amazon Bundle in NetSuite.

Install integrator.io bundle in NetSuite

  1. In NetSuite, go to Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles.

  2. In the Search bar, enter "Celigo integrator.io". Find Bundle ID 20038.

  3. Click Install.

Install Amazon Bundle in NetSuite

  1. In NetSuite, go to Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles.
  2. In the KEYWORDS textbox, enter "Celigo Amazon Connector [IO]" and click Search Find Bundle ID 169116.

  3. Click Install.

Configure NetSuite Connection Credentials

  1. On the Amazon-NetSuite Integration App Setup page, for NetSuite Connection, click Click to Configure;
  2. In the NetSuite Connection dialog box, configure the connection details by following the steps detailed in the below sections

Update an existing connection

  1. Log into your Celigo integrator.io account.
  2. From the home page, go to your Amazon MCF-NetSuite Integration App integration tile and click Settings (Settings (gear) button).
  3. In the Settings menu, if you see multiple options and editable icons are available on the right side, you are on the IO version. If not, you are on the Legacy version. Follow the instructions as detailed for the version that you are using.

Enable Token-Based authentication in your NetSuite account

  1. Log into NetSuite as an Administrator.
  2. Go to Setup > Company > Enable Features.
  3. Click SuiteCloud subtab.
  4. In the Manage Authentication section, check the TOKEN-BASED AUTHENTICATION checkbox.
  5. Click Save

Create a custom role in NetSuite

  1. Log into NetSuite as an Administrator.
  2. Go to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.
  3. Click Customize beside the "Celigo eTail Integration App" role.
  4. Clone the role by creating a new name for the role. Add other permissions as needed.
  5. Click Save.

Select NetSuite User and assign Role

Select the NetSuite user account that will be used to connect your Amazon Integration App
(applicable for both versions of the Amazon Integration App).

  1. Log into NetSuite as an Administrator.
  2. Go to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Users.
  3. On the Manage Users page, click on the user that you wish to connect your Amazon Integration App.
  4. On the selected Employee page, select Edit.
  5. Go to Access > Roles.
  6. Select the role that was created in the "Create a custom role in NetSuite" step.
  7. Click Save.

Generate NetSuite Access Tokens

  1. Log into NetSuite as an Administrator.
  2. Go to Setup > Users/Roles > Access Tokens > New.

  1. In the APPLICATION NAME drop-down box, select eTail Connectors (Token-Based Auth)
  2. In the USER drop-down list box, type in the NetSuite user that you designated for the Celigo integration in the "Create a custom role in NetSuite" step or search for the user.
  3. In the Role drop-down list box, select the role that was assigned to the user.
    The TOKEN NAME populates automatically. Modify the name as needed.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Token ID & Token Secret will be displayed. Save the tokens in a place where you can copy it into your Celigo connection as described in the next section.

Note: Token ID and Token Secret are only displayed once & cannot be retrieved. We recommend that you save them in a secure location if you need to reference them later

Change NetSuite connection to Token-Based Authentication

  1. Log into your integrator.io account as either account Owner or Manager.
  2. From the home page of integrator.io, access your Amazon-NetSuite Integration App integration tile and click Settings (Settings (gear) button).
  3. From the Setting section on the left menu, select Connections.
  4. If you see two connections called “NetSuite Connection (Amazon Integration App)” and “Secondary NetSuite Connection (Amazon Integration App)”, perform steps 4-10 for both connections. Select Edit (Edit button) for the NetSuite Connection.

  1. Change Authentication Type to Token.
  2. Make sure Environment and Account ID are correct.
  3. Enter Token ID and Token Secret that were generated in NetSuite.
  4. In iClient drop-down list, select eTail NetSuite.
  5. Click Test to verify if the connection is working.
  6. Click Save.

Configure Amazon Marketplace Connection Credentials

On the Amazon MCF - NetSuite Integration App Setup page, for Amazon Connection, click Click to Configure; then enter appropriate details in the following fields:

  • Seller Id: The account ID for the Amazon seller account you are integrating with. You do not need to include it in your relativeURI; integrator.io will automatically add it to all request parameters. If you do not know this value you can find it in the "Settings" section of Amazon Seller Central. To get Seller Id and MWS Token, view section: Enable Developer Access for Celigo in Amazon Seller Central (Registration).
  • MWS Auth Token: To get MWS Token, view the next section: Enable Developer Access for Celigo in Amazon Seller Central (Registration).
  • Marketplace Id: To get Marketplace Id, view the next section: Enable Developer Access for Celigo in Amazon Seller Central (Registration).
  • Marketplace Region: Select from list. Currently, the following geographies are supported: North America, Europe, China, Japan, Australia.
  • IClient: Select the appropriate value from the list. For US/MX/Unified NA accounts, select Amazon - North America. For Canada only, select Amazon - Canada. For Australia, select Amazon - Australia & so on. Currently, the following geographies are supported: North America, Europe, China, Japan, Australia

Note: You must obtain your Seller Id, Marketplace Id and MWS Authentication Token (account identifiers) first before you can complete this step. The process to generate these account identifiers is described in the following section: Enable Developer Access for Celigo in Amazon Seller Central (Registration).

Install Amazon MCF - NetSuite Integration App

  1. In integrator.io, go to integrator.io Menu (the Waffle icon) > Integration Marketplace > Amazon AWS > Amazon MCF - NetSuite Integration App.
  2. Click Install. The integrator.io Dashboard page will appear and in that, you can see the Amazon-NetSuite Integration App tile is ready for setup.

    Note: If you see the Contact Sales button instead of the Install button, please reach out to your Account Executive to check the status of your Integration App license.

  3. On the Amazon MCF - NetSuite Integration App tile, click Setup and go through the guided install process.
  4. On the Amazon-NetSuite Integration App Setup page,
    1. For NetSuite Connection, Configure NetSuite Connection Credentials.
    2. For Amazon Connection, Configure Amazon Marketplace Connection Credentials.
    3. For Integrator Bundle, the Installed status will come automatically. This is because you installed the integrator.io bundle.

      Note: If you are seeing the Click to Install link, click the link and this will open the NetSuite login page. Log in to NetSuite using your NetSuite credentials and the Click to Install link will automatically convert to the Verify Now link. Now click Verify Now.

    4. For Amazon Bundle, click Verify Now. This is because you installed the Amazon bundle.

      Note: If you are seeing the Click to Install link, click the link and this will open the NetSuite login page. Log in to NetSuite using your NetSuite credentials and the Click to Install link will automatically convert to the Verify Now link. Now click Verify Now.
