After the order details are synced to your Amazon MCF account, Amazon MCF fulfills the order and updates the relevant details associated with the order, such as the tracking number and packaging details in your Amazon MCF account. The Amazon (MCF) Shipment to NetSuite Fulfillment Add flow syncs these shipping and fulfillment details from your Amazon MCF account into your NetSuite account.
PREREQUISITE: To be able to sync the fulfillment details for an order, the order must be from the same Amazon MCF account and SellerFulfillmentOrderId must match with the value provided in the NetSuite Order Id setting under Settings > Order.
The Amazon (MCF) Shipment to NetSuite Fulfillment Add flow is a delta flow, which means it only imports fulfillment information for orders in Amazon MCF that have been modified since the last time the flow was run.
Note: The integration app supports importing multiple tracking IDs from Amazon MCF to NetSuite which can be associated with an individual order.
The fulfillment details for the orders are synced based on the field mappings updated in the Amazon (MCF) Shipment to NetSuite Fulfillment Add flow. The integration app supports importing fulfillment information from Amazon MCF to NetSuite for orders with the following status:
- Complete
- CompletedPartialled
- Processing
