Sync NetSuite Contact to Salesforce Contact

The NetSuite Contacts to Salesforce Contacts flow is a real-time flow that lets you sync contacts from NetSuite to Salesforce provided the account already exists in Salesforce and has been synched to NetSuite.

  1. Sign in to integrator.io and click the Salesforce - NetSuite Connector (IO) tile.
  2. Go to Settings > Integration Flows > Contacts.
  3. Turn on the NetSuite Contacts to Salesforce Contacts flow using the toggle button.
  4. In your NetSuite account, add a contact or update an existing contact. For more information on how to add or update a contact, refer to Contact.
  5. When a new contact is created in NetSuite, the flow is triggered. It first checks whether the contact exists in Salesforce. If it doesn't, you'll need to create the contact in Salesforce manually.
  6. If the contact exists in Salesforce, the flow will then check that the contact is associated with a Salesforce account has already been synched to NetSuite.
  7. If the contact belongs to a synched Salesforce account, it will then check that the Company ID in Salesforce is not empty. If all of these conditions are met, it will create the Salesforce contact, then sync it to the contact in NetSuite.
  8. If there are any errors, you can troubleshoot those in the dashboard.

Sync existing NetSuite contacts to Salesforce contacts

When an existing contact is updated in NetSuite, the flow checks whether the contact exists in Salesforce, that the Salesforce contact is associated with a Salesforce account that has already been synched to NetSuite, and that the Salesforce Company ID is not empty.

Sync your NetSuite Contacts to Salesforce

  1. Sign in to integrator.io and click the Salesforce - NetSuite Connector (IO) tile.

If everything is configured correctly, the details that you updated in the NetSuite contact will be automatically synched to contacts in Salesforce. If you have created a new contact in NetSuite, the new contact will be synched to contacts in Salesforce.
