This flow should be able to sync NetSuite Item Groups to Salesforce so that Sales Rep can sell bundle products from within Salesforce. This allows users in Salesforce to view the whole bundle together with the total price which is sold to the customer.
- The same currency should be configured in NetSuite and IO for the item group to calculate and sync
- Price levels should match in NetSuite and Salesforce
- This feature is available to only Premium Edition customers.
- Syncing an Opportunity with Item Groups is supported in the Premium Edition license.
In IO, there is a saved search in the Advanced Settings which is configured by default. Customers can change this saved search as well according to their NetSuite.
By default, the NetSuite connector will sync the records which are updated/created before the 30 mins from at the time flow is run. The interval duration can be changed from NetSuite or from integrator.io.
In NetSuite, the item group shows each line item along with the quantity and the price for each item. When this syncs into Salesforce, the total of all items is calculated and shown.
In Salesforce, the item group will get synced with the total amount which is calculated from the individual items in NetSuite.
