Amazon will not share personally identifiable information (PII) for FBA orders with any API and in your Amazon Seller Central account. PII includes the buyer’s name and email address, addressee name, address lines 1 & 2, and phone number
If you want to import the customer information to NetSuite, provide the firstname and lastname in the advanced settings. Since Amazon also sends unique city and state values, you can track this information with this approach.
-
In the Amazon – NetSuite (IO) Integration app, go to Order (FBA) > Advanced settings > Customers.
-
Enter the first name in the Default first name if missing on Amazon order setting and last name in the Default last name if missing on Amazon order setting.
-
Click Save.
Note
With the default customer option, all FBA orders are imported to NetSuite against a single customer (internal id) specified in the Default NetSuite customers for all Amazon orders setting. In settlement flows, a consequence of using the default customer option is that it takes more time to load the payment records while all invoice records assigned to the default customer are fetched.
