Install Greenhouse - Microsoft Entra ID Quickstart template

Before you install

Refer to the Greenhouse - Microsoft Entra ID Quickstart template prerequisites section of the Readme file. Click the ReadMe link to the right on your template install setup page.

Keep your Greenhouse and AzureAD credentials ready.

Azure

Refer to the Additional References section of the AzureAD-Greenhouse template to find your endpoint.

Greenhouse

Before you set up a Greenhouse connection from the Integration tile, ensure that you have the API and authentication details for your Greenhouse app. Refer to the Greenhouse help documentation to know more about APIs and Authentication. To generate User Id refer to the Greenhouse help documentation to list all the Greenhouse users in an organization.

Use the following steps to generate the Greenhouse API token

1. Log in to your Greenhouse account.
   
2. From the settings icon at the top right, click Devcenter.
3. Click API Credentials.
4. Copy the Harvest API Key.

Find your Quickstart template in Marketplace

1. Log in to your integrator.io account.
2. Click Marketplace in the left navigation menu.
3. Scroll through the catalog and click Microsoft Entra ID or Greenhouse integration tiles.
4. Click on the Greenhouse - Microsoft Entra IDintegration tile.
5. You’ll see a list of Quickstart templates under the Microsoft Entra ID or Greenhouse integration tiles.
6. Click on the Install link from the Greenhouse - Microsoft Entra ID template tile.
7. The Install Wizard displays the list of components that it would create in your integrator. io account once the Greenhouse - Microsoft Entra ID Quickstart template is installed successfully.
8. Click Install Integration.
9. You’ll be redirected to the Setup page.

Set up & install Greenhouse - Microsoft Entra ID Quickstart template

You need to set up connections using your Greenhouse and Microsoft Entra ID credentials to integrate the two apps.

Set up a Microsoft Entra ID connection

Refer to the Microsoft Entra ID connection prerequisites before you set up a connection. From your template install setup page, click Click to Configure link to open the connection settings. See Set up a connection to Microsoft Entra ID to create your connection.

Set up a Greenhouse connection

Refer to the Greenhouse connection prerequisites before you set up a connection. From your template install setup page, click Click to Configure link to open the connection settings. See Set up a connection to Greenhouse to create your connection.
