Configure your flow

Your flow comes with default settings. You can change your flow default settings by mapping your fields. 

Map your fields

When you map your Greenhouse fields with Microsoft Entra ID fields. The Greenhouse - Microsoft Entra ID Quickstart template identifies the fields on a Greenhouse record, from which it needs to export data and import it to matching fields on a Microsoft Entra ID record. Flow configuration

  • Import Microsoft Entra ID users (Create)” import object: By default, the value in “accountEnabled” and “PasswordProfile.password” fields are hard-coded. You’ll need to enter the Microsoft Entra ID account-specific value in these fields.  
  • “Import Microsoft Entra ID Users (Update)”  import object: By default, the value in the “accountEnabled” field is hard-coded. You’ll need to enter the Microsoft Entra ID account-specific value in these fields.

Before you run the flow

Make sure you meet the prerequisites before you run a flow in your Greenhouse - Microsoft Entra ID Quickstart template. 

Prerequisites

“Import Microsoft Entra ID users (Update)”  import object: You’ll need to change the value of the domain name in the 'userPrincipalName’ field using settings. 
Example: Change the value of the domain name in the expression below from “celigolabs” to your Microsoft domain name.

Run your flow 

You need to enable the flow for it to run and perform the sync between your apps.

  1. From your integrator.io home page, click the Greenhouse - Microsoft Entra ID Integration tile.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Integration Flows > Flow.
  3. Enable the On/Off toggle button next to the flow. 
  4. You can run a flow in two ways:
    • Real-time
    • Scheduled
