What’s new

Display BigCommerce store name

A new setting Your store is added in the General tab that displays your BigCommerce store name. If you update the store name in your BigCommerce account and in the integration app, if you click the refresh icon, the updated store name is displayed. The updated store name is also reflected in the flow and saved search names.

What’s enhanced

“NetSuite item to track BigCommerce gift card redemption as a line item” option now lists payment type items

The NetSuite item to track BigCommerce gift card redemption as a line item option (in the Order >Advanced Settings > Order tab) now lists the payment type items along with the non-inventory items. When you select the payment type item from the drop-down list, in the NetSuite sales order, the payment type item is displayed as a separate line item. This is to ensure that if any discount is applied for a sales order, the same discount is not calculated on the payment type item.

Note: In NetSuite, tax or discounts are not calculated for the payment type line item. 

New default mappings for the “BigCommerce Order to NetSuite Order” flow are added

The following default mappings are added to the “BigCommerce Order to NetSuite Order” flow:

• The "billaddressee" and “shipaddressee” are mapped to the firstname and lastname of the customer. This is used for the billing and shipping address.
•  The "billattention" is mapped to the company name.

“NetSuite Item to BigCommerce Product Add/Update” flow to sync long values

The “NetSuite Item to BigCommerce Product Add/Update” flow to sync the exact long values without truncating. If any field has long values and if the search truncates these values due to NetSuite native issue, the flow fetches these values again and syncs the full value to BigCommerce.

Note: The value must contain only the custom field name and not any formula.

What’s fixed

“BigCommerce Product Id to NetSuite Item Mass Update” flow to sync high volume of products

The “BigCommerce Product Id to NetSuite Item Mass Update” flow now syncs a high volume of products and its variants at the same time without displaying any errors.

Example: If you are trying to sync 100 products, previously the “BigCommerce Product Id to NetSuite Item Mass Update” flow used to fetch the 100 products first, and its each product variant later. The flow used to error out in between without syncing all the items to NetSuite. Now, the flow syncs the products and their variants at the same time.

Access the image import field mappings without errors

For the "NetSuite Item Image to BigCommerce Product Image Add/Update/Delete" flow, you will now be able to access the "BigCommerce Image Create/Update Import Adaptor" field mappings without any error.
