Configure and run flows in the BigCommerce – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central quickstart integration template

Additional record mapping is required to integrate the template’s exports and imports with your BigCommerce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central apps.

BigCommerce customers to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Customers

The flow syncs the customers from BigCommerce as customers in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The flow creates customers in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central only if a matching customer is not found. If a matching customer is found, the flow updates the customer by email.

BigCommerce orders to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central sales orders

The flow syncs the orders from BigCommerce as sales orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The flow creates sales orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central only if a matching sales order is not found. If a matching sales order is found, the flow ignores the sales order by external order number.
