Understand the Shopify - NetSuite Integration App dependent flows

The dependent flows are auto-triggered flows that run in sequence by one of the existing integration flows. You can’t schedule, enable, or run the dependent flows. These flows are available on the Integration App user interface that was previously available only in the backend code.

For more information, refer to Intro to Error Management.

The flow syncs the store information from Shopify to NetSuite. This flow is auto-triggered as soon as the store name is updated in Shopify. In NetSuite, you can find the Shopify store names in the  "Celigo Shopify Store Info List" custom record. This flow is available in the Flows > General section.

The flow syncs the image from NetSuite to Shopify. This flow retrieves item images from the NetSuite file cabinet and adds or updates the images on the Shopify product page.

Shopify order to NetSuite sales order/cash sale Add (on-demand sync)

The flow performs on-demand sync up to ten orders from Shopify and creates sales orders or cash sales in NetSuite. This flow is auto-triggered when you enter order IDs in the Shopify order IDs setting (Settings > Orders section > Orders sub-tab) and click Save. You can update mappings in the “Shopify Order to NetSuite Order/CashSale Add” flow. This flow is available in the Flows > Order section.

Note: If the “Shopify Order to NetSuite Order Add” and “Shopify Order to NetSuite Cash Sale Add” flows are disabled, be sure to select the correct value in Using scheduled flow, sync Shopify Orders to NetSuite as setting (Settings > Orders section > Orders sub-tab).
