Understand the Salesforce - NetSuite dependent flows

The dependent flows are auto-triggered flows that run in sequence by one of the existing integration flows. You can’t schedule, enable, or run the dependent flows. These flows are available on the Integration App user interface that was previously available only in the backend code.

Sync Salesforce v2 configurations to IO

The flow migrates the configurations from Salesforce v2 to Salesforce IO Integration App. This flow is available in the Flows > Common section.

Note: 
  • The flow is applicable only if you have the Salesforce - NetSuite Integration App installed in v2 and IO instances.
  • NetSuite accounts should be the same for Salesforce v2 and IO.

Salesforce file to NetSuite file Add/update

The flow syncs files and enhanced notes from Salesforce to NetSuite when ‘Sync Enhanced Notes to NetSuite Sales Orders’,’Sync Notes to NetSuite Sales Orders’ and ‘Sync Files to NetSuite Sales Orders’ checkboxes are checked on Settings > Opportunity > Notes and Files. This flow is available in the Flows > Common section.

Salesforce ID write back to NetSuite sales order

The flow syncs ID from Salesforce to NetSuite sales order. This flow writes back the Salesforce ID to NetSuite sales order.This flow is available in the Flows > Opportunity section.
