Magento2 - NetSuite release notes v1.30.0, April 2021

What’s enhanced

Integration app compatible with the Magento 2.4.2 edition

The integration app is now compatible with the latest enterprise and community editions of the Magento 2.4.2 edition.

A new mapping is added to the order flow to sync transaction ID

In the Magento Order to NetSuite Order Add flow, a new mapping is added to sync the transaction ID (Payment provider last transaction ID) to the NetSuite order record. The transaction ID is synced to the newly introduced custom field (eTail Transaction ID) in the Order record > eTail tab. This field is packaged with the Magento 2 Integration App bundle. The Payout to Reconciliation Automation for NetSuite uses this transaction ID as an identifier to deposit transaction records to NetSuite and ensure that all the orders from the Magento 2 channel are deposited appropriately.

You can find the following mapping added to the Magento Order to NetSuite Order Add flow,

Export field (Magento 2)

Import field (NetSuite)

payment.last_trans_id

custbody_celigo_etail_transaction_ids

OR

<provide the custom field ID>

Improved Integration App uninstaller

The Integration App uninstaller is now improved to manage all the scenarios related to uninstallation without any Integration App corruption or errors.

What’s fixed

Unlocked the tier pricing mapping for the NetSuite Kit Item to Magento Bundle Product Add/Update to allow the user to edit or delete the mapping

The NetSuite Kit Item to Magento Bundle Product Add/Update flow does not support to sync tier pricing to Magento 2. For bundled products, if you use any custom scripts or manually update the tier pricing in your Magento account, the flow’s tier pricing mapping is always overwritten or removed with the manually configured tier pricing. To resolve this issue, the tier pricing mapping is now unlocked for the NetSuite Kit Item to Magento Bundle Product Add/Update flow. If you don't want to overwrite or remove the existing tier pricing, you can delete the mapping.
