Request access or upgrade to B2B Manager

The B2B Manager licensing framework enables tailored tier licensing based on your EDI business requirements. The licensing framework includes specific entitlements such as trading partners, EDI document types, EDI transactions, and VAN transactions. A tiered licensing model will allow users to access varying levels of EDI functionality based on their subscription tier. For more information about the subscription tiers, see Understand the B2B Manager licensing tiers.

Note

The B2B Manager license applies to the legacy endpoints and platform license type.

Request access to B2B Manager (Basic tier)

Important

You must have a valid integrator.io subscription to request access to B2B Manager.

  1. Log in to your integrator.io account.

  2. On the top right, from your Account, click Subscription.

  3. On the My account page, in the Subscription tab, click Request upgrade.

  4. On the Request upgrade window, click Submit request.

A request will be sent, and the Celigo team will contact you to provide a subscription tailored to your business requirements.

Once your request is accepted, B2B Manager is enabled and you can access its capabilities.

Upgrade your B2B Manager subscription

If you already have the Basic tier version of the B2B Manager subscription, you can further upgrade your subscription to the Advanced or Expert tiers,

  1. Log in to your integrator.io account.

  2. On the top right, from your Account, click Subscription.

  3. On the My account page, in the Subscription tab, click Request more flows.

  4. On the Request more flows window, click Submit request.

After you click Submit request, a request will be sent, and the Celigo team will contact you within 1-2 business days to provide a subscription tailored to your business requirements.
