Install the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – NetSuite quickstart integration template

You can install the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – NetSuite quickstart template from the integrator.io Marketplace (U.S. | EU).

Before you install

A. Create your Celigo iPaaS account

Sign up for an integrator.io account with administrative access.

B. Enable SuiteTalk (web services) and SuiteScript

Sign into your NetSuite account to prepare for installing the required NetSuite bundle:

1. Go to Setup > Company > Enable features > Company.
2. Under Data management, select File cabinet.
3. Under SuiteCloud, select Custom records, Client SuiteScript, Server SuiteScript, and Web services.
4. Click Save.

Install Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – NetSuite

1. Click the Marketplace menu in integrator.io.
2. From the list of software publishers, select either Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NetSuite.
3. Find the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – NetSuite template and click Preview.
4. Review the template’s contents and click Install now to begin.

Set up the connections and integrate with NetSuite

Next, you’re presented with setup options for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and NetSuite.

Connect to NetSuite

Click Configure to establish the NetSuite connection. 

If you have already set up a connection to NetSuite, select it from the list. Otherwise, click Set up new connection and provide your NetSuite account credentials for basic authentication or token-type.

Click Save & close to test the connection and return to the template installation.

Connect to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Click Configure to establish the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central connection.

If you have already set up a connection to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, select it from the list. Otherwise, click Set up new connection and provide your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central account credentials.

Click Save & close to test the connection and return to the template installation.

Install NetSuite integration bundle (396825)

The setup page tries to detect whether this integration bundle is already installed with the NetSuite connection that you provided. The NetSuite Custom Bundle (ID 396825) contains custom fields and saved searches tailored for this template. If it cannot be confirmed, you are redirected to NetSuite where you can install the bundle as follows:

1. Once signed into NetSuite, from the Customization menu, select Suite bundler > Search and install bundles.

2. Enter the bundle ID 396825 into the Keywords field, and click Search.

3. Select this bundle, and click Install. The installation process could take a while.

After the Celigo Custom Bundle is successfully installed in your NetSuite account, switch back to the template installation in integrator.io.
