Manage your multi-instance flows

You can manage your multi-instance flows and instances at <Your multi-instance flow>Instances.

Navigate your multi-instance flow

After you've configured your base flow and instances, you can view your instances, connection details, and audit logs.

In your Instances tab, you can:

Enable or disable multi-instance flows

You can enable or disable multi-instance base flows and individual instances. Disabling a flow won't stop a flow that's already running, but it will stop all further scheduled runs. Enabling and disabling multi-instance flows is simple, but there are a few notes to keep in mind before you begin.

  • When a base flow is enabled, all instances can be enabled or disabled.

  • When a base flow is disabled, you can't make changes to any instances.

  • When a base flow is disabled, all its instances are considered disabled, even if they are enabled individually.

  • When a base flow is re-enabled, every previously enabled instance is automatically re-enabled.
