eBay - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central quickstart integration template

The eBay – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central integration template lets you sync your eBay seller account with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This template is comprised of a prebuilt integration flow that automates the order management process by syncing eBay orders into Business Central as sales orders, along with associated customer and shipping address details, ensuring accurate order records and streamlined fulfillment operations.

Supported integration flow

The Celigo quickstart bundle contains a workflow you can easily configure and deploy without coding or IT support. The following built-in flow syncs from the specified source data to the corresponding destination.

Gather your credentials

Before you install

Keep your eBay and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central account credentials ready:

  • eBay - verify APIs and authorization 

    • Before you set up an eBay connection below, ensure you have the API and authentication details for your eBay app. 

    • Refer to the eBay help documentation for more information on APIs and authorization.

Install the eBay - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central template

To install the template:

  1. Navigate to integrator.io > Marketplace.

  2. From the available templates, select either eBay or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

  3. Find the eBay - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central template and click Preview. The Install template page appears.

  4. Review the template’s contents and the ReadMe file, and click Install now to begin.

  5. Add your credentials and install the template.

Configure the eBay - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central template

Additional record mapping is required to integrate the template’s exports and imports with your eBay and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central apps.

Note that all of your flows are disabled when first installed. After configuring the flows, you may enable them in your Flows dashboard or in Flow Builder with the Off/On toggle button and then run or schedule each flow.

eBay orders to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central sales orders

This flow syncs the eBay orders with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central sales orders. When an order is added/updated in eBay this integration flow exports orders from eBay to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central sales orders.

Before you begin

  • The eBay line items title and the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central items display name should be the same.

  • The eBay shipping carrier name and the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central shipping method should be the same.

  • The eBay payment method name and the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central payment method code should be the same.

Setup instructions

  • For the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central connection, ensure that the concurrency level is set to 1. 

  • Add your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central company name in the Filter section of the Configure the search parameterssettings in the WooCommerce company export as required. For example, displayName eq ‘Celigo’

  • Configure the following hard-coded mapping according to your business requirements in Import Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central customers, before running the flow.
