BigCommerce has updated its token authentication mechanism. To support these changes, we have updated the BigCommerce (GraphQL) connector in Celigo integrator.io. Therefore, the Owner, Admin, or Manager of the integrations must reauthorize the existing BigCommerce (GraphQL) connection (Token authentication) with Custom authentication to ensure uninterrupted service.
This article explains how to reauthorize your BigCommerce (GraphQL) connection in Celigo integrator.io.
-
Sign in to your integrator.io account.
-
Navigate to Resources > Connections.
-
Search for your existing BigCommerce (GraphQL) connection.
-
For each connection found, modify it by selecting Edit connection from its Actions overflow ... menu.
-
From Auth type, select Custom. For detailed descriptions of each field, see Set up a connection to BigCommerce (GraphQL).
-
Select the Scopes. For information on scopes, see Private tokens.
-
Enter the Access token.
-
Click Save and close.
