A. Set up a Microsoft Power Automate connection.
Start establishing a connection to Microsoft Power Automate in either of the following ways:
- From the Resources menu, select Connections. Then, click + Create connection at the top right.
– or – - While working in a new or existing integration, you can add an application to a flow simply by clicking Add source or Add destination/lookup.
In the resulting Application list, select Microsoft Power Automate.

The Create connection panel opens with required and advanced settings.
B. Provide required Microsoft Power Automate application details
At this point, you’re presented with options for providing Microsoft Power Automate authentication.

Name (required):Provide a clear and distinguishable name. Throughout integrator.io imports and exports, you will have the option to choose this new connection, and a unique identifier will prove helpful later when selecting among a list of connections that you’ve created.
Application (required, non-editable): A reminder of the app you’re editing.
Subdomain (required): Enter your Microsoft Power Automate subdomain. For more information on how to view the subdomain, refer to the following steps:
- Sign in to your Microsoft Power Automate account.

- Navigate to Settings > Admin center > Environments and select the required environment.

- From Environment URL, copy the subdomain. For example, if
https://orgbe1234.crm.dynamics.com
is the URL, thenorgbe1234.crm
is your subdomain.

Tenant ID (required): Enter the Tenant ID of your Microsoft Azure application. For more information on how to retrieve the tenant ID, refer to the following steps:
- Sign in to your Microsoft Azure account.

- Navigate to Azure Active Directory > App registrations and click the required app.

- From the Essentials section, copy your tenant ID.

IClient (required): Select the iClient that stores the client ID and client secret provided to you by Microsoft Azure. To add an iClient and configure your credentials, click the plus (+) button. Click the edit ( ) button to modify a selected iClient. Provide a clear and distinguishable name to use in any other connections. Multiple layers of protection are in place, including AES 256 encryption, to keep your connection’s client secret safe. When editing the iClient at any point, you must enter the secret value again; it is stored only when the connection is saved and never displayed as text.
- Sign in to your Microsoft Azure account.

- Navigate to Azure Active Directory > App registrations and click the required app.

- From the Essentials section, copy your client ID.

- Navigate Certificates & secrets and copy your client secret.

Redirect URL (read-only): Copy this integrator.io redirect URL to provide directions to Microsoft Power Automate for where to go after authentication. (This URL should be whitelisted with the authorization server.)
C.Edit advanced Microsoft Power Automate settings
Before continuing, you have the opportunity to provide additional configuration information, if needed, for the Microsoft Power Automate connection.

Borrow concurrency from (optional): Select another connection from the list. By default, all data flowing through a connection record is submitted to the respective endpoint application at the Concurrency level configured for that connection record. There are cases, however, where multiple integrator.io connections need to share the same concurrency level, and this field allows you to specify which connection you would like to borrow from. With borrowed concurrency, the data flowing through both connections will be submitted to the endpoint application together, via a shared concurrency model.
Concurrency level (optional): Up to 25 allowed...
D. Save and authorize
To save and authorize the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central connection:
- Click the Save & authorize button to commit your changes and proceed to log in with Microsoft Power Automate.
- Enter the email address of your registered Microsoft Power Automate account.
- Click Next.

- Enter the password for your Microsoft Power Automate account.
- Click Sign in.
- Review the permission and click Accept to grant permission and establish the connection.
The new connection is now successfully added to your account. It will be applied to the current source or destination app, if you created it within a flow. Otherwise, you may proceed to register the connection with an integration.
