Install the Amazon MCF – NetSuite integration template:
- Sign in to your integrator.io as an account owner.
- Navigate to the Marketplace and search for the Amazon MCF - NetSuite template.
- Click Install now to begin.
- Configure a connection to Amazon SP-API.
- Configure a connection to NetSuite (Token-based authentication).
- Install the Integrator SuiteApp.
- Install the resources from the template zip.
- Install the template.
Post-installation steps
Complete the following steps in order before enabling any flows:
- Configure integration settings: Open the Integration tile > Settings and configure Inventory, Order, and Fulfillment settings (described in the tables below).
- Enable the inventory flow: Enable the Amazon inventory to NetSuite inventory adjustment. Run it once manually with Quantity Type set to All for a full initial sync, then switch back to Fulfillable Quantity for ongoing delta runs.
- Enable the fulfillment preview flow (optional): Enable the Fulfillment preview: NetSuite sales order to Amazon for reviewing shipping fees and estimated delivery dates before submitting orders.
- Enable the order export flow: Enable the NetSuite sales order to Amazon MCF fulfillment order. Verify the Saved Search filter correctly picks up only MCF-eligible orders.
- Enable the release hold flow (if applicable): Enable Release MCF order hold: NetSuite to Amazon if your workflow requires creating orders in hold status first.
- Enable the fulfillment update flow: Enable Amazon MCF fulfillment to NetSuite item fulfillment to begin receiving tracking numbers and fulfillment status updates from Amazon.
- Enable returns and cancellations flows last: Enable Amazon MCF return to NetSuite and Cancel MCF order: NetSuite to Amazon after the core flows are stable.
