After you install the template, additional record mapping is required to integrate the template’s exports and imports with your Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM apps.

Note that all of your flows are disabled when first installed. After configuring the flows, you can enable them in your Flows dashboard or in Flow Builder with the Off/On toggle button. Then run or schedule each flow.

Marketo leads to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM leads

This flow syncs Marketo leads as Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM leads. When leads are added/updated in Marketo, this integration flow exports leads from Marketo to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Flow details

• Export source: Marketo
• Built-in export: Get Marketo paging tokens - get paging tokens from Marketo that have been modified since this flow last ran.
• Import destination: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Built-in lookup: Get Marketo lead activities - get all lead activities from Marketo.
  • preSavePageFunction hook: ProcessingMarketoLeadActivites.js - filters lead activites duplicate entries.
• Built-in lookup: Get Marketo lead by ID - get a lead from Marketo by ID.
• Built-in import: Import Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM leads - add/update leads in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM using the emailaddress1 as the lookup identifier.

Setup instructions

1. Configure search parameters according to your business requirements in Get Marketo lead by ID, before running the flow.
2. Configure the following static mapping according to your business requirements in Import Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM leads, before running the flow.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM leads to Marketo leads

This flow syncs Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM leads as Marketo leads. When leads are added/updated in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, this integration flow exports leads from Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to Marketo.
