Migrate to NetSuite fulfillment to Shopify fulfillment (add) batch flow

This document explains how you can migrate from the NetSuite Fulfillment to Shopify Fulfillment Realtime Add flow to NetSuite fulfillment to Shopify fulfillment (add) flow.

Announcement: The flow NetSuite Fulfillment to Shopify Fulfillment Realtime Add will be removed with the launch of the R1 release in early 2023. You can prepare your integration app immediately by migrating your flow in advance of this change.

To prepare for its removal and avoid any disruption to your integrations and business processes, follow the steps below to replace this flow with NetSuite fulfillment to Shopify fulfillment (add):

Steps to follow:

1. In your NetSuite account, open the Celigo Shopify Fulfillment Export saved search and verify the following:
   1. The Criteria tab has the Status row set as Shipped.
      
      
      
   2. The Results tab has the Location: Internal ID row set as location_id. If not, manually add this row in the Results tab.
      
      
      
2. In the integration app, navigate to the Settings > Fulfillment section, and refresh the NetSuite saved search to sync item fulfillments. 
3. From the NetSuite saved search to sync item fulfillments drop-down list, select the Celigo Shopify Fulfillment Export saved search.
   
   
   
4. For the batch flow, navigate to the Flows tab, click Schedule of the NetSuite Fulfillment to Shopify Fulfillment Add flow, and select the frequency you would like the fulfillment flow to run. For more information, see Sync shipping and fulfillment info NetSuite to Shopify.
5. Turn on the toggle to enable the NetSuite Fulfillment to Shopify Fulfillment Add flow. 
   
   
   

To ensure the batch flow is working as expected, verify the order details within the NetSuite and Shopify accounts after the first batch flow runs.

Important: Be sure that the item selected in the Settings > Fulfillment > NetSuite saved search to sync item fulfillments drop-down list and the Flow Builder Export > Saved searches are the same. For more understanding, see the following settings screenshots.
