You can upgrade your subscription or edition directly from integrator.io! Navigate to your integration application’s Admin tab → click Subscription. From here, you can request an upgrade to your integration application subscription, edition, or integration child. Third-party and Celigo integration app developers can now set the Change edition field in the Edit license page so users can upgrade their applications.
Example: Only account owners, admins, and users with manage access permissions can request upgrades.
Upgrade your integration app subscription
In this situation, you’re upgrading your entire integration app subscription to unlock additional features.
- Navigate to your integration app’s Admin tab → click Subscription.
- Click the Request upgrade button.
- You’ll receive a message stating that someone will contact you soon about your request. You can either click Submit request or Cancel to confirm the request.
- The Submit request button sends an email to the Contact email you used when creating your integration app.
- The Request upgrade button is disabled after you submit your request.
- You’ll receive a confirmation message when your upgrade is complete.
Upgrade your integration app edition
In this situation, you’re upgrading one specific integration app to unlock additional functionality.
Prerequisite: Ensure that all connections are online for the version upgrade to push through.
- Navigate to your integration app’s Admin tab → click Subscription.
- Click the Upgrade button.
Note: If the Upgrade button is disabled, you’re already on the latest version of the integration app.
- integrator.io walks you through any manual upgrades required by the integration app developer.
Note: If no manual upgrades are required, the upgrade will start automatically in the background.
- If an upgrade is interrupted, you can resume the upgrade at any time in the Subscription tab.
- You’ll receive a confirmation message when your upgrade is complete.
