If an Integration app subscription is up for renewal within the next 30 days, a notification message displays the subscription end date on your Home page. If you are unable to renew your Integration app subscription before it expires, your Integration app’s license will be suspended and all of its flows disabled until you renew it. Subscription suspensions can occur for each Integration app in production and sandbox environments.
- Admins can renew, reactivate, and uninstall the Integration app.
- Shared users can see the renew, reactivate, and uninstall buttons, but can only send a renewal request. A shared user can’t reactivate or uninstall the integration app.
Renew the Integration app license
Once your Integration app license is suspended, you can either renew your subscription or uninstall the Integration app. To renew your subscription, contact your account executive or Celigo Support.
