Shopify Error Code in Inventory: 404, Error Message: '{"errors":"Not Found"}'

Data Flow: NetSuite Inventory to Shopify Inventory Add/Update

Error Code: 404

Error Message: '{"errors":"Not Found"}'

Reason: Occurs when an eTail Item ID is wrong or if the eTail ID is not present.

Resolution:

  1. Go to NetSuite and locate your Item record.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Under the eTail Subtab, verify that the eTail Item ID is valid.
  4. If not, provide a valid ID and Save the record.
  5. Then, go to the integrator.io dashboard and open the Error dialog of the job.
  6. Select the Job and click Retry to re-run the Inventory flow successfully.
