Data Flow: NetSuite Inventory to Shopify Inventory Add/Update
Error Code: 404
Error Message: '{"errors":"Not Found"}'
Reason: Occurs when an eTail Item ID is wrong or if the eTail ID is not present.
Resolution:
- Go to NetSuite and locate your Item record.
- Click Edit.
- Under the eTail Subtab, verify that the eTail Item ID is valid.
- If not, provide a valid ID and Save the record.
- Then, go to the integrator.io dashboard and open the Error dialog of the job.
- Select the Job and click Retry to re-run the Inventory flow successfully.
