Error on Customer Import

Error Code: missing_static_lookup 

Error Message: Failed to sync Customer with Magento Customer Id: xx. Could not find mapping in static lookup. { Source: mI5GUojWA3oOAOUo} { Key: 5}

Reason: Static lookup for a mapping does not have a mapping for value 5.

Resolution:

• Go to the Celigo Realtime Import Flow custom record.
• Find the one for the customer.
• Check the configuration and search for mI5GUojWA3oOAOUo. It will tell which mapping is using that lookup.
• Open IO mappings for customer import and find that mapping.
• Add lookup mapping for 5 in that field mapping and save.
• Go to dashboard, select the error and hit retry.
