Error Code: VALUE_LOOKUP_FAILED

Error Message: A mapping error occurred. Could not find a match for "["itemid","is","XXXX"]" for the record type "item".

Reason: Item on Magento order is not present in NetSuite.

Resolution:

Create the item in NetSuite with the same item ID as the Magento SKU and retry order import from the integrator.io dashboard.
