Error Code: INVALID_KEY_OR_REF

Error Message: 'Invalid class reference key 22.'

Reason: Class value 22 is not a valid option.

Resolution:

Make sure the mapping for the Class field is correct and that the id '22' is available to choose on the order record. There is a possibility that some NetSuite script is changing the class value and setting an invalid value.
