Error on Order Import

Error Code: VALUE_LOOKUP_FAILED

Error Message: 'Failed to sync sales order with Magento Order Id: 100000083. A mapping error occurred. Could not find "flatrate_flatrate" in the "Magento Ship Method" field of the record type "customrecord_celigo_mg_ship_meth_map".'

Reason: Ship method mapping is missing in the custom record type 'Magento Ship Method Mapping'

Resolution:

1. In NetSuite, navigate to Customization->List,Records, & Fields->Record Types->"Magento Ship Method Mapping" custom record.
2. Add a new "Magento Ship Method Mapping" record with "Magento Ship method" as "flatrate_flatrate".
3. Populate the appropriate "NetSuite Ship Method".
4. Save the custom record.
5. Re-import the order again.
