Cannot Submit a Support Ticket Through integrator.io

Issue:

I am logged into integrator.io and I am trying to submit a support ticket by clicking on the question mark icon and then the Help option on the upper right hand corner of the screen.  The window is not expanding and I can not submit the request.

Resolution:

Try using another browser, such as Chrome of Firefox, and try to submit the request again.
