Delete LastPass credentials
Use the following steps to delete your LastPass credentials for a specific website:
- Open the LastPass folder Celigo shared with you (XXXXX Company Name).
- Select the site you want to remove from LastPass.
- Click Delete. This will move the site to the LastPass Deleted Items folder.
- Click Advanced Options in the left navigation menu, and click View deleted items. This opens the Deleted Items view.
- Click Permanently Delete All at the top of the page to purge all sites you've marked for deletion.
- To purge individual sites, right-click on the site you want to purge, and click Purge.
- To move a site back out of the Deleted Items view, click Restore.
Clear LastPass local cache
If you have trouble sharing credentials with Celigo using LastPass, or the credentials don’t seem to be updating when other users make changes, clear the local cache and refresh the sites. Use the following steps to clear the local cache:
- Open the LastPass browser extension icon and click Account.
- Click Fix a problem yourself.
- Click Clear local data.
Refresh sites
Use the following steps to refresh sites:
- Open the LastPass browser extension icon and click Account.
- Click Fix a problem yourself.
- Click Refresh your vault.
