Resolve Netsuite error: Gateway Timeout The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server

In NetSuite, running multiple flows at a time may cause the flow to run slowly and the flow status may stay in progress for a long time or flow is repeatedly cancelled. In such scenarios, you may receive the following NetSuite error message:

"Gateway Timeout The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server." 

You can resolve this error by checking the concurrency limit set in your NetSuite connections and change the concurrency limit as needed. Your NetSuite concurrency limit should be equal to the concurrency limit set in integrato.io. Verify that the total concurrency limits set for all NetSuite connectors in integrator.io is equal to the total concurrency limit set in NetSuite. 

For example, if you have five NetSuite connectors in integrator.io and you want to limit integrator.io to use maximum concurrency limit of 10 across all connections, then set the concurrency limit to 10 in your NetSuite account and set the concurrency limit for each connector in integrator.io to two. You can use only one connection per flow. 

Note: In integrator.io the maximum concurrency limit for NetSuite connections is 25.
