Enable NetSuite Assistant in Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome v91 and later

Important: NetSuite Assistant is currently unavailable for all browsers. Revisions to the tool are scheduled for development and release in future updates.

NetSuite Assistant (the integrated forms available from within integrator.io when mapping fields to import into NetSuite) previously did not support the latest version Microsoft Edge or the Google Chrome browser (Version 91.0.4472.114). The problem was initially discovered by changes made to the Google Chrome browser that negatively impacted NetSuite's website.

These steps resolve the incompatibility issues for the following:

Chrome on Windows

  1. Download the registry file (samesitepolicy-chrome91.reg).
  2. Double-click the downloaded registry file to run it. (MD5 Checksum: 0ad3e986030a505ce8f0e000c2785e2c)
  3. You may need to grant permission multiple times.
  4. Once the registry entry is installed, open Chrome and navigate to the following URL: chrome://policy/.
