Resolve Salesforce - NetSuite errors: Failed to save record

Error 1: Failed to save record because Please enter a value for amount

Flow name: Salesforce Opportunity to NetSuite Sales Order 

Error message: Failed to save record because Please enter a value for amount.

Reason: The base price for the items in Netsuite is not set.

Resolution:

To enter the base price for the items in Netsuite:

  1. Sign in to your NetSuite account.
  2. Go to the customer record you want to set the base price.
  3. Click Sales/Pricing > Base Price.
  4. Set the base price.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Now, go to the integrator.io dashboard and view the error dialog.
  7. Click Retry to re-run the flow successfully.

Error 2: Failed to save record because Invalid “field name” reference key XXXX

Flow name: Salesforce Contact to NetSuite Contact Add/Update

Error Message: INVALID_KEY_OR_REF", "details": "Invalid company reference key XXXX.

Flow name: Salesforce Order to NetSuite Sales Order Add/Update

Error message: Failed to save record because Invalid entity reference key XXXX.

Reason: The error occurred due to an inactive Salesforce account being used in NetSuite.

Resolution:

Perform the following steps to resolve this error:

  1. Sign in to your NetSuite account.
  2. Go to the NetSuite customer record which shows an error.
  3. Click the System Information tab.
  4. Uncheck the Inactive box.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Now, go to the integrator.io dashboard and view the error dialog.
  7. Click Retry to re-run the flow successfully.

Error 3: Failed to save record because Invalid custentity_sf_territory_new reference key XXXX

Flow name: Salesforce Account to NetSuite Customer Add/Update

Error Message: Failed to save record because Invalid custentity_sf_territory_new reference key XXXX.

Reason: The error occurred because the Salesforce Territory with Internal ID XXXX  is inactive in the NetSuite.

Resolution:

To resolve this error, perform the following steps:

  1. Sign in to your NetSuite account.
  2. Go to Customization > Salesforce Territory List.
  3. Uncheck the Inactive box of the internal ID which shows an error.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Now, go to the integrator.io dashboard and view the error dialog.
  6. Click Retry to re-run the flow successfully.
